Sexual Fire Breath
Posted on July 29th, 2009 No commentsThe sexual fire breath is one of the best exercises, especially with a partner (but you can also do it alone), for rapidly building a hot sexual charge and moving it up through your body, helping to open all of your chakra centers. In the sexual fire breath you use a combination of sound, pelvic rocking, PC (pubococcygeous) muscle squeezes, deep abdominal breathing, visualization and hand movements.
Use the sexual fire breath on your own to open yourself to your full exquisite sexual potential. Do it as a charger-upper before making love. Do it during lovemaking as you are being manually or orally stimulated. Do it during intercourse, but be very observant and ready to stop in a flash in the early learning stages or the man may go beyond his point of no return to ejaculate before you are both ready to end the lovemaking. If “energy” is very subtle for you and you don’t usually feel it, try this exercise. Most report really feeling something the very first time they do the sexual fire breath.
Sexual Fire Breath
- Lie on your back. Feet flat on the floor/bed. Knees bent. Legs comfortably apart. Hands at your sides, palms up. Eyes closed.
- Begin to breathe slowly and deeply into your belly.
- Focus your attention on your genitals and visualize drawing breath in and out through them.
- When you have a comfortable breathing rhythm established, begin to rock your pelvis, tilting it up toward the sky.
- Inhale as you rock back. Exhale as you rock forward. (Note: some bodies want to do it the opposite way – listen to yours and go with what feels right).
- Make sound as you exhale – AAAAAHHHH. (This is the most difficult part for many people but it helps enormously, sound carries the energy).
- When you are in a comfortable rhythm, add PC Pumping. Tighten your PC muscles as you rock back. Relax them as you rock forward. (Note: your body might want to do it the opposite way, let it.)
- Begin to visualize your sexual energy as a great ball of golden fire in your genitals. As you rock, breathe and pump draw the golden fireball up through your chakra centers, one chakra at a time.
- Send the energy out through your crown chakra into the universe. Do not leave it to build up in your head. If you are making love with a partner, you can also pass the energy to him through your eyes, your kiss, your breath.
- Pass your hands in flowing motions up your body to help with the energy movement.
- Breathe more rapidly to move the energy higher within your body, allowing yourself to open into its flow.
- When you reach a high edge of energetic arousal you can maintain this level by deepening and slowing your breathing and keeping your body relaxed.
- Rest in stillness for a few moments when you are finished practicing so that the energy can continue to flow through you. Bring it back down and store it in your belly chakra for later use.
- If you have left a store of energy in your head and feel some congestion there do Grounding and apply firm pressure with your fingertips to your crown chakra.
Use your feet to slightly push off the floor so that you are not using your abdominal muscles to rock and they can remain loose and open.

Tantra Yoga Secrets
Posted on July 25th, 2009 No commentsTantra Yoga is unity by controlling sexual energy. When you consider the main Indian Yoga styles, Tantra Yoga is probably the most controversial of them all. So what is the problem? Is it our “sexual hang-ups” or is it something more? What is the origin of Tantra Yoga? Is it all linked to the Kama Sutra or is there more to it?
Since Tantra Yoga uses many components of the classical Yoga styles such as mudras, pranayama, asanas, meditation, Bhakti, Yantra, and Kundalini, there are many similarities to other forms of Yoga practice. Some Yogis say that Tantra Yoga is the hardest Yoga to define, but there is a fundamental difference.
The major difference is Tantra Yoga accepts and embraces the power of “desire.” Tantra Yogis are not trained to avoid desires that arouse the senses. This is a stark contrast from the many other forms of Yoga, which train their students to renounce desire. This is the foundation of the division between Tantra Yoga and the other classical Indian styles.
The origins of Tantra Yoga and the Kama Sutra date back to the Fourth Century A.D. The author of the Kama Sutra was Vatsyayana Mallanaga, who is somewhat of a mystery in the history books. There are no other traces of him to be found. He did write the world’s most famous sex manual to date.
Northern India seems to be the birth place of Tantra Yoga and it appears to have migrated further north to Tibet, and China, before going global. Many contemporary Tantra Yogis practice Tantra Yoga of Tibetan or Indian origin. Tantra Yoga practitioners focus on the opposites and dualities within the universe such as, male and female, Shiva and Shakti, or Yin and Yang.
At different points in time, ritual Tantric sex has been considered common place within certain Tantra followings. However, it is not as common place as some might think. There is also a common belief that Tantric sex is always intentionally prolonged. This is not always the case and sometimes Tantric sex takes it own natural course.
Lastly, it should be noted that the Kama Sutra might have been considered a “racy classic” at the time of its writing, and during conservative points in history. However, by today’s standards, the Kama Sutra would offend the masses much less. Some of the entertainment, at this point in time, has managed to make the public more callous than we should naturally be. Entertainment of the present day is sometimes comparable to that of the Roman coliseums in the past.
Tantra Yoga is a good example of the cycles and evolutions of morality within human history. Whether we think Tantra Yoga and the Kama Sutra are right or wrong, the current moral code will change with time, but we may not live long enough to see it.

Yoga and Sex Life
Posted on May 30th, 2009 No commentsOther than just burning fat, Yoga asanas help loads in your sex life too.
By making you flexible enough to have sex in the oddest positions possible? Not just that, there is a lot more to yoga than what you think.
Yoga’s point or meaning is ‘union’. Your sexual drive originates in the mind, the performance in the body, so the union of both results into a very alert, calm and controlled use of your drive and sexual skills.
Now how do you go about this unification? IT TAKES TIME for starters, the point is unification: Do a plough stance and assume you are a plough, what is a plough? it digs, are you digging? what do you want to sprout?
get my point, get over the whole process of doubt, know yourself completely to be in peace.
In physical aspects, maintaining the asanas for a period of time requires endurance and considerable skill and physical focus.
This also builds up flexibility and strength, complete with deep breathing, also increases stamina as well improves the control on the use of stamina.
This is best I can go about online:
try to understand, be creative and mainly, be at peace to put the prescribed exercises to complete use.
* sit down and extend your legs as far as possible
* grab both of your toes
* slowly bring your head to the floor
