The yoga video is shot at the beautiful backwaters of Gods own country ‘Kerala’. Directed by Manisha Jha, under the instruction of Yoga instructor Shiv Kumar Mishra and produced by Shilpa Shetty, Shilpa’s Yoga is very well executed, picturised on the scenic beach with ceremonial elephants and Kalaripayattu fighters in the background and the demonstration of Asanas in a simplified manner . A release function was held with Shilpa Shetty present with eminent personalities.
